I first came across Bruce Patterson in the AllworldsVideo movie ‘Playing with Fire.’ He played a fireman. Sadly, this is one of those movies where a director forgets what they are actually directing and begins to think outside the box by mimicking shots/cuts/editing tricks from mainstream forms of media. So the “genius” that directed this flick decided to cut back and fourth between a beautiful three-way with Bruce, J. T. Sloan, and Drew Andrews, with a solo of another husky stud.








The scene itself was rather hot. Bruce looks beautiful naked and is totally submissive with his demeanor. Never once do you get the attitude that plagues so many “gay for pay” performers. When that gigantic body lays across the work out bench totally naked, and oiled up, he gladly parts those ever tight cheeks to reveal one of the pinkest pinched puckers I’ve ever seen, especially on a bodybuilder. He does not bottom in the scene, receives a short rim job and then oral from the two; even reciprocating.



That is the first of 2 scenes in the movie, but it sucked me in as a fan and has never let me go. The second scene takes place on a fire truck. A duo of Bruce, working under the name Chris Thunder, and Ty Fox that turns into an orgy of about 5. Nothing really special here, but worth the rental.



Bruce Patterson was born in New Brunswick Canada and started lifting weights when he was 12, and began bodybuilding when he was 18 after looking at men in bodybuilding magazines and feeling he could contribute to the sport. His exceptional body and handsome looks were aiming him straight to the top of the field in his sport. Many big names in the bodybuilding community compared him to a man by the name of Arnold. (Some actor turned politician you’ve probably never heard of.)





Bruce became a staple as a cover boy for fitness/muscle magazines around the world. And began making money hand over fist with endorsements. It’s not common knowledge that bodybuilders don’t make much money. If you aren’t in the top 5 in the world, you are probably making less than $15,000 a year if you compete at least 2 times a month, and place in over 70% of them. Which is a tall task to do. And if you’re out of the top 10, then you’re looking at less then $9000 a year. It’s the endorsements that give you the living. Other than that you must look elsewhere for finances. (Ever notice how many bodybuilders are escorts or pose nude?)





It is still a mystery why Bruce turned to porn. It’s speculated that he was actually interested in the medium itself. Only he knows for sure. But it was a costly decision. Within the weeks of the release of his first gay film, he lost all of his endorsements, and then came the controversy. A man that was placing in the top 3 in almost every event he competed just days earlier, suddenly fell out of the top 10, or 20 in some cases. With that came the name-calling, the stares, and the trappings of the “We don’t want you here” attitude that exists in the bodybuilding profession.





Bruce left the business for while. Taking time with his girlfriend and daughter. Waiting for the drama to blow over. But it never did. In 2003 Bruce competed in the Night of Champions event. He showed up with his girlfriend in tow and was total perfection. Not an ounce of fat on him, or a vein out of place. He took to the stage with weak applause, but it didn’t seem to bother him. He posed and showboated and gave it his all. Although he was obviously top 5 quality, he barely placed in the top 20. He left the event after the initial judging, sick. And I couldn’t blame him.



Since then he has been competing in lesser events. Stuff that he wouldn’t have set foot in when he was at the very beginning of his career. And he doesn’t win those either.



His main stay of support is his wife’s day job and his own as a personal trainer. He spends most of his time at a gym in a town not so far away from where he was born. Usually works out with a few much smaller guys who seem to worship him with a “more than just friends” admiration. And continues to run his own Website: brucepatterson.com.





The Website is not bad for a non-porn star Website. There are plenty of galleries, all capable of being right-clicked and saved. Most of them are web captures from his weekly Web cam shows. Others are professional shots shot around the country, from Arizona to New York. As for the Web cam shows, it’s usually a big bore.





Although he’s a super nice guy, very friendly, he now chats by voice to your type, and is extremely personable and easy going. He chats for about 30 minutes and then begins to strip. This is sometimes (but rarely) preceded by the unorthodox act of ripping a shirt or crushing and empty can. Neither does a thing for me, but some of the queens watching him lose their minds when he does it. Or badger him with requests to do it every time he’s on.




And in the final 10 minutes he takes off his pants and continues to flex his unbelievably beautiful muscles and dangle that average but still nice and SOFT wang of his. It's so boring that a lot of times no one shos up! He has several videos of him simply pretending he can read a book reading a book, or just staring at the screen saying, "Where is every one?" But each show, going back a few years, is available for download on the site, in Real Player format only. Also, several of his “lifestyle” videos (nudies, very little to no erection and absolutely no sex) videos are there as well.

Another part to his story is the relationship with his girlfriend, now possibly wife. She’s thrown him out several times, including just a few months ago that had him away from his site for about 3 months, and performing from some shack looking place. To add more to this, she magically walks in right about the time he gets naked. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I’m sure it’s just a coincidence though. Maybe it has to do with his “Private Consultations” that he offers on his Website. I mean, don’t we all need a man to fly from Canada to pose for us… with no mention of a price until you email? I mean... Don’t we?





Although still under contract with AllworldsVideo, even stating he would bottom in at least 1 film, it’s pretty safe to say that his gay porn career is over. And he has only made one new nudie in the last year either. And another with him (CLOTHED!) working out with and lifting 2 normal sized guys. (The ones that follow him around at the gym, I’m told.)



Whatever he does, I will watch. He’s just that cute to me. Can’t fuck worth a shit, but he’s cute.
